Are there specific conditions to earn commissions?

To earn commissions, you need to meet the following conditions:

  • Only applies to completely new users who have never registered with Jarvis before
  • Users must access and register for the first time through your referral link
  • Current users who make purchases through your link will not count toward commissions
  • You will earn 20-35% commission on all payments from eligible new users during their first year
  • If for any reason a customer cancels their purchase or receives a refund, your earned commission for that person will be deducted from your account

How and when will I get paid?

We process payments on the 15th of each month for all commissions you earned in the previous month through bank transfer.

What is the minimum payment threshold?

The minimum payment threshold is $100. When your commission reaches or exceeds this amount, you will be eligible to receive payment in the next payment cycle.

Can I use paid advertising to promote my affiliate link?

No, as of May 1, 2025, all forms of paid advertising—including bidding on branded or non-branded keywords, or direct linking from ads to our website—are prohibited in the Jarvis Affiliate Program. If your users come from paid advertising, affiliate commissions will not be paid.

What currency do you pay in?

We will pay you in VND.

Can I earn commissions on renewals or upgrades?

Yes, affiliate partners are paid for both renewals and upgrades of subscription packages they refer, rewarding them for long-term customer retention. However, they can only earn recurring commissions for a maximum of 1 year.

What promotion methods are prohibited for affiliate partners?

Prohibited methods include spamming, any type of promotion that violates the law, misleading marketing, and any form of paid advertising. All promotional activities must comply with legal requirements and provide clear, honest information about our services.

How do I track my earnings or referral performance?

You can track your earnings and referral performance through the referral dashboard in your account. The referral system provides real-time insights into your clicks, conversions, and earnings as soon as customers make purchases and register successfully.
