Welcome to the Twilio Integration section of Jarvis Helpdesk! On this page, you will find detailed instructions on how to integrate Twilio to enable SMS and voice communication features in your helpdesk system.
Twilio Integration
Step 1: Go to the App Integration section and add Twilio to your organization's applications.

Step 2: Enter the required information:
- App Name: Choose any name for your Twilio application
- Enter your Account SID and Account Token

Configure Twilio credentials
You can find your Account Token in the Twilio Console under Account Info as shown below. Reference.

Step 3: After successful integration, your Twilio account phone numbers will be displayed in the Integrated Application section.
Note: Make sure you have the correct Account SID and Account Token from your Twilio Console. These credentials are essential for the integration to work properly.
